How It Works
When a company is interested in working with Supply Chain Staffing, we begin with a consultation to discuss their needs and develop a customized personnel plan. After the personnel plan is developed, we’ll source candidates appropriate to the position and complete an initial interview to further assess their qualifications. For temporary positions, we can often place the candidate directly. For full-time positions, you may want to interview them before extending an offer. In that case, we will narrow the scope of the search to identify the most appropriate candidates, so that you can choose from a select few.
